Refund & Return Policy
Due to the sensitive nature of laboratory research materials, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.
OC Peptides products are intended for laboratory research use only. Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded, except in the limited circumstances described below.
Exceptions
A replacement or refund may be considered only if:
- The item arrives damaged during shipping, or
- The item received is incorrect due to a fulfillment error by OC Peptides
To be eligible for consideration, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Order number
- Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item
- Original packaging details
Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Opened or used products
- Products stored improperly after delivery
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
- Shipping delays caused by carriers
Shipping Issues
OC Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
