Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages:

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, OC Peptides is not responsible for:

• Carrier delays
• Lost or stolen packages
• Incorrect delivery due to address errors

 

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, the customer must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

 

Damaged Shipments:

If an order arrives damaged, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Order number
• Clear photos of the damaged package and product

 

Damage claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.
